|
Refusal to renew an aviation medical certificate — Following a 2007 medical examination report, the applicant was advised that his medical certificate was not being renewed based on his past history. On the evidence provided by the Minister of Transport, the member is satisfied that in the case of the applicant, the diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder is not only appropriate and well-founded but is also well documented. The member confirmed the Minister’s decision not to renew the applicant’s medical certificate.
