|
Suspension of a category 3 unrestricted medical certificate — The medical records and testimony clearly show that the applicant developed significant coronary artery disease and the records also show the development of the applicant’s type II diabetes over time and the deterioration of status. The Regional Aviation Medical Officer acted rationally and in good faith, utilizing sound medical judgment to issue the applicant a restricted medical certificate. The Minister’s decision is confirmed.
